Oh Valentine’s Day. The day of celebrating love and an AMAZING day for weddings! Light and airy details, beautiful pinks and whites, and love to draw you in. This is exactly what Bonnie and Bill’s Kissimmee Lakefront wedding brought to the world this Valentine’s Day!
First of all, let me tell you, the details of this wedding almost killed me with how exquisite they were. Bonnie’s rings were STUNNING. The engagement ring had a bigger diamond in the center with smaller diamonds surrounding it. Her wedding band was a half ring of diamonds. Her bouquet was a mixture of baby pink and cream roses with lush green leaves, wrapped in a pink fabric. They really completed her outfit of a light pink, tea-length wedding dress.
In addition to the normal details, I learned about a special gift from a friend of Bonnie’s. They had built a pure white lattice arch for her special day. It was decorated with pink and white flowers with green vines. The arch overlooked Lake Toho. The family decorated the tables with white tablecloths and the same pink and white flowers. Around the pavilion were white and pink balloons, adding a touch of fun to the venue.
Bonnie and Bill had two cakes, a fun one from a close family friend (nautical themed!) and a gorgeous light pink two-tiered cake from Cut The Cake. The pink cake was decorated with white and pink flowers, as well as a bride and groom cake topper, complete with veil!
Bonnie and Bill arrived with a with Bonnie’s son, Zachary, and Bill’s son, Travis. All four walked the long pathway together, excited to finally join their families together. Zachary was Bonnie’s best man and Travis was Bill’s. They had a short and sweet ceremony because they wanted to celebrate with their family! We went out to take their bride and groom portraits and we found a small area of the park with the start of some cherry blossoms! We had to take advantage since they are so beautiful! Bonnie and Bill were so fun and relaxed during their portraits, which made for some great candid moments.
The most noteworthy aspect of this wedding was how much Bonnie and Bill’s family contributed to the event. They were so excited to celebrate the love of Bonnie and Bill that they wanted to do anything to help. As a result of working closely with Osceola Arts, I was honored to meet Bonnie and Zachary, and now they are a forever part of the Haleigh Nicole Photography family. I can’t wait to see where their lives lead them next! Thank you for having us!
