This class will teach you how to know if you’re in labor, what the different stages look like, and how you can use natural forms of pain relief.
If you’re not the kind of person who can sit through a day-long class, check out their three-week express course. This class is going to give you more information and will include textbook reading assignments. Both these options are designed for new and seasoned parents.
